Hunter’s Ridge – Phase II, Fulton’s newest subdivision, has recently been developed by Holesinger Farms and River City Construction. The dirt work has been completed, the ditches are in, tubes have been installed, and gravel has been laid to form the roads. Asphalt will be installed on the roads in the spring.
Hunter’s Ridge – Phase II is being developed in four tracts, and will have a total of 101lots when completed. The first tract contains thirty-three lots that range in size from .77acre to 1.12acres.
ComEd and Jo-Carroll Energy have begun utility installations.
Rolling terrain and bike paths will lead you to a private 12 acre haven set aside for use by members of the Hunter’s Ridge Homeowners Association. Take a leisurely stroll through this park-like retreat on the 2100 ft. walking path. Residents will be captivated by sightings of birds, deer, and wild turkey grazing under featured chestnut trees.
